Welcome to the Torrance Zen Meditation Center

Torrance Zen Meditation Center offers meditation classes for beginning and experienced practitioners alike. We currently offer ongoing Introductory and Advanced meditation classes every week  (except on holidays & long weekends).  All our classes are Non-Denominational and everyone is welcome!

    FAQ-Reminders Before Coming to Class

    • Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothes.
    • Wear or bring your socks. (You’ll be asked to remove your shoes and place them in the cabinet.)
    • Do not eat too much an hour before class.
    • We have a variety of meditation mats, cushions and chairs ready for you. You may bring your own if you’d prefer.
